By using ELTS Tokens, you agree to follow these Terms, the ELTS Rules, and the game/mode, region, entry amount, and match-specific rules displayed before you pay or ready for a match.

ELTS Tokens is independently operated. Discord and other third-party services are optional or supporting providers with their own terms.
Section 02

Eligibility and permission

The non-cash ELTS service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. You must also meet the age and account requirements of any service you choose to connect, including Discord.

Live cash-entry and cash-payout features are not enabled in this release. Any future cash feature will require users to be at least 18 years old, may require a higher age in some locations, and will be available only where ELTS and its approved provider permit it. Parent or guardian permission does not replace a minimum-age or location restriction.

Section 03

Accounts and account security

  • Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure.
  • Do not share passwords, recovery codes, 2FA/MFA codes, session tokens, or bank-login credentials with ELTS staff or other users.
  • Do not impersonate another player, staff member, or service.
  • Do not use alternate accounts to evade a suspension, timeout, match restriction, entry limit, or other enforcement action.

ELTS may require account ownership verification before making sensitive account changes or acting on a privacy request.

Section 04

Entries and payment testing

The active match form uses a direct US-dollar entry from $0.50 to $200.00; there is no token pack or top-up purchase flow. The creator and opponent must use the same displayed amount.

The current Frame integration is a test-only sandbox available to signed-in ELTS accounts with verified email. Use only Frame test credentials. It cannot make a public live charge, deposit, cash withdrawal, or payout, and sandbox amounts have no cash value.

The server correlates each creator or opponent payment test to one match and one participant side. A side is funded only after ELTS verifies the provider event. Duplicate requests do not authorize duplicate payment or settlement records, and an unresolved provider result may be paused for administrator reconciliation instead of resubmitted.

Discord is not a payment mechanism. ELTS will publish updated terms, eligibility rules, refund terms, and provider disclosures before enabling any live cash entry or payout feature.

Never send payment credentials, passwords, full card numbers, bank-login information, government IDs, SSNs, or 2FA/MFA codes in ELTS chat, support email, or Discord. Any rights you have under applicable law still apply.

Section 05

Matches, results, and settlement

A creator chooses a supported game mode, region, entry amount, and rules and completes the creator-side entry. The lobby becomes OPEN after that side is verified, FUNDED after the opponent's equal entry is verified, and ACTIVE only after both players ready up.

After play, the match becomes RESULT_PENDING. The actual winner must mark a win and the actual loser must mark a loss. If the two confirmations agree, ELTS records the result in a server-side transaction: the total pool is both entries together, a 10% platform fee is recorded, the remaining 90% winner result is recorded, and the match becomes COMPLETED. In sandbox mode these are test records and no real money is paid out.

If the confirmations conflict or are not mutually confirmed, the match becomes DISPUTED and does not settle automatically. Authorized moderators/admins may review match information, eligible match chat, timestamps, and submitted context and then record a ruling. The ruling may settle a winner or void the match.

When a match qualifies for cancellation before play, or a moderator/admin determines it should not be settled, the match becomes VOIDED. The corresponding sandbox entry records are released or voided. Players cannot use ordinary cancellation to leave an ACTIVE match.

Match participants must follow the displayed rules and the public ELTS Rules. ELTS match controls are limited to supported game modes and do not authorize paid-entry play in a third-party game or service. Do not falsify results, manipulate dispute evidence, intentionally exploit site errors, or interfere with another player’s account or connection.

Section 06

Acceptable use

  • Do not cheat, automate gameplay unfairly, exploit the service, or bypass restrictions.
  • Do not threaten, harass, dox, scam, phish, or attempt to steal accounts or credentials.
  • Do not spam support tickets, abuse site APIs, or intentionally overload ELTS systems.
  • Do not upload or send unlawful content or content that violates another person’s rights.
  • Do not misrepresent ELTS, its staff, or its relationship with Discord or another third-party service.
Section 07

Enforcement

ELTS may remove content, void or adjudicate matches, restrict features, issue temporary timeouts, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action when these Terms or the Rules are violated, when security is at risk, or when necessary to protect users and the service.

Moderator/admin match decisions and resulting payment or ledger operations may be recorded with reasons and audit details for accountability. Users may not instruct staff to bypass the displayed fee, duplicate a winner record, or make an off-ledger change.

Section 08

Third-party services

ELTS uses services including Cloudflare, Supabase, Discord, and the test-only Frame sandbox. Their availability, account rules, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. ELTS is not responsible for outages or decisions made by an independent third-party service.

Discord may be used for optional sign-in/account linking, community features, and support, but it is not a payment mechanism. The ELTS website and server-side ledger remain the source for match creation, entry funding, ready status, result confirmation, disputes, and settlement.

If a live payment provider is enabled later, that provider may require information or verification to comply with financial, tax, age, location, sanctions, fraud, or other legal obligations. ELTS cannot promise that an independent provider will never request additional verification.

Section 09

Service changes and availability

ELTS is an evolving service. Features may be changed, paused, limited, or discontinued. We try to keep match, account, payment, and ledger records accurate, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. If an outage leaves a match or payment unresolved, use the in-product status when available or contact support rather than repeatedly submitting the action.

Do not rely on ELTS as a place to store irreplaceable information.

Section 10

Responsibility and legal rights

Use ELTS responsibly and protect your own accounts and devices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ELTS is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer or privacy rights that cannot legally be waived.

Section 11

Changes to these Terms

ELTS may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective/updated date on this page will be changed when a new version is published. Material changes may also be announced through the site and, where appropriate, optional community or support channels.
