Scope and who operates ELTS
This Privacy Policy applies to ELTS Tokens, including the website at elitstokens.com, match rooms, match chat, direct entry-payment and settlement records, eligible legacy ledger/order records, and the optional ELTS Tokens Discord integration.
ELTS Tokens is the publisher and operator name used for this independent web application and is responsible for deciding how ELTS Tokens account information is used to provide and protect the service. General support can be reached at [email protected]. This policy does not replace the privacy policies of Discord, Cloudflare, Supabase, or any payment service you separately choose to use.
Information we collect
We collect only information reasonably needed to provide ELTS features, keep competitive and payment records accurate, preserve eligible legacy audit records, settle or void matches, resolve disputes, and moderate the service.
Information we do not intentionally collect for profiling
ELTS does not use hardware IDs, device fingerprinting, hidden browser fingerprints, or IP-address matching to decide whether accounts are alts. Current alt-risk review uses non-invasive account signals such as account age, Discord server join time, linked-account status, and match history.
How we use information
- Authenticate users and, when a player chooses the optional connection, keep the ELTS account linked to the correct Discord account.
- Display player profiles, ranks, match history, and eligible Discord/profile role badges.
- Create, fund, run, and record competitive matches, including entry reservations, ready state, lifecycle status, result confirmation, cancellation or voiding, disputes, settlement, and moderator/admin rulings.
- Provide participant-only match chat and allow authorized reviewers to investigate disputes or rule violations.
- Track verified match-entry payments, ledger operations, winner records, platform fees, releases or voids, reconciliation state, eligible legacy records, and staff actions.
- Enforce ELTS rules, issue temporary timeouts or account suspensions, investigate abuse, and maintain audit history.
- Maintain service reliability, troubleshoot errors, prevent duplicate actions, and protect accounts and infrastructure.
We do not sell personal information and do not use ELTS data for third-party behavioral advertising.
Who can see what
Public or visible to signed-in ELTS users
Player usernames, avatars, ranks, wins/losses, recent match results, and displayed Discord/profile roles may be visible to other ELTS users as part of competitive profiles and leaderboards.
Match chat
Match chat is not public. The two match participants can read and send messages. Authorized ELTS admins or limited staff may be able to read match chat when reviewing a dispute, cheating report, no-show, moderation issue, or other match-related incident. Reviewers cannot use the player chat as if they were a participant.
Administrative records
Authorized ELTS admins and limited staff may access the minimum information needed for their role. Full admins can manage account, payment-review, moderation, void, settlement-correction, and dispute functions. Limited staff permissions are restricted to designated moderation/dispute tools. Players cannot directly edit payment or ledger records from the browser.
Services that help operate ELTS
ELTS relies on third-party services to provide core functionality. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
These providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they or their service providers operate.
Match entries and payment testing
ELTS keeps server-side records that correlate each creator or opponent entry with a match, participant side, amount, provider event, and settlement operation. Settlement records may include the total pool, the 10% platform fee, the 90% winner result, operation identifiers, actors, and timestamps. These records help prevent duplicate funding or settlement and support reconciliation, audits, and dispute review.
The current Frame integration is a test-only sandbox for signed-in ELTS accounts with verified email. It accepts Frame test credentials only, does not enable public live charges or cash payouts, and may retain test transaction identifiers and eligible legacy order/audit records for support, fraud prevention, and audit purposes.
ELTS does not receive or store the full card number or CVC entered in Frame's secure card field. Never enter a real card in the sandbox. If live payments are enabled later, payment details and any legally required identity verification will be handled under the approved provider's terms and privacy policy. Provider requirements can vary by transaction, payout, age, location, risk, and law.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate ELTS, maintain accurate match, payment, and ledger records, prevent duplicate funding or settlement, resolve disputes, enforce rules, protect the service, and satisfy legitimate recordkeeping needs. Some moderation, transaction, entry, fee, settlement, match-result, or audit records may need to remain after an account is no longer actively used.
We use access controls, database permissions, server-side authorization, audit logs, and third-party infrastructure security features to reduce unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, ELTS may delete, anonymize, or restrict it where practical, subject to legitimate security, dispute, and recordkeeping needs.
Your choices and privacy requests
- You can update certain profile and account settings directly in ELTS.
- You can choose whether to use optional connected services. Privacy and data-deletion requests are handled separately from in-product connection settings.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible ELTS account information by contacting ELTS support.
- You can ask questions about a suspension, moderation record, match dispute, or other account data through the support process.
We may need to verify that a requester controls the relevant ELTS account before acting on a privacy request. We may also retain limited records where reasonably necessary for security, preventing duplicate ledger operations, dispute and settlement history, or legal obligations.
Younger users
The current non-cash ELTS service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old and is not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet the minimum-age requirements of connected services such as Discord and any higher minimum age required where they live. Any future live cash-entry or payout feature will be limited to users who are at least 18 and otherwise eligible in their location.
If ELTS learns that personal information was collected from a child under 13 in a situation where it should not have been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict that information. A parent or guardian can contact ELTS support regarding a privacy concern.
If local law requires parent or guardian permission for a teen to use an online service or link an account, the user should use ELTS only with that permission.
Changes to this policy
ELTS may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published. If a change materially affects how existing personal information is used, ELTS may provide additional notice through the website and, where appropriate, optional community or support channels.
Contact and privacy requests
For questions about this Privacy Policy, how ELTS Tokens handles personal information, or to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account data, email [email protected]. Please use a subject such as Privacy Inquiry or Data Request and include only the account information reasonably needed to locate your ELTS Tokens account.
ELT may need to verify that a requester controls the relevant account before fulfilling a request. Do not send passwords, 2FA/MFA codes, full payment credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a privacy inquiry.
