Official ELTS channels
What do you need help with?
Before opening a ticket
- For matches, have the match ID ready.
- For Token orders, have the exact ELTS-XXXXXXXX order code ready.
- Explain what happened in your own words and include only information relevant to the issue.
- Do not send passwords, session tokens, 2FA/MFA codes, full card numbers, bank logins, or government IDs.
Security reports
If you believe you found a security issue, report it privately through an official ELTS support ticket. Avoid publicly posting exploit details or private user data. Include the affected ELTS URL/feature, what you observed, and enough non-sensitive information for staff to reproduce the issue safely.
ELTS also publishes a standard disclosure contact file at /.well-known/security.txt.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, or deletion requests, state that the ticket is a privacy/data request. ELTS may ask you to verify control of the relevant ELTS/Discord account before acting on the request. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
Support expectations
ELTS support is community-operated, so response times can vary. Keep one ticket per issue when possible and avoid repeatedly opening duplicates. If the issue involves an active security risk, clearly label it as a security issue so it can be prioritized.
