Using ELTS

These Terms of Use apply when you access elitstokens.com, create or use an ELTS account, participate in an ELTS match, use Token/order features, or use ELTS-connected Discord features.

By using ELTS, you agree to follow these Terms, the ELTS Rules, and any match-specific rules shown before or during a match.

Eligibility and permission

ELTS is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. You must also meet the age and account requirements of services you connect, including Discord and Epic Games.

If the law or a connected service requires parent or guardian permission for you to use ELTS, link an account, or make a purchase, use those features only with that permission.

Accounts and account security

• Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure.
• Do not share passwords, recovery codes, 2FA/MFA codes, session tokens, or bank-login credentials with ELTS staff or other users.
• Do not impersonate another player, staff member, or service.
• Do not use alternate accounts to evade a suspension, timeout, match restriction, or other enforcement action.

ELTS may require account ownership verification before making sensitive account changes or acting on a privacy request.

Tokens and purchases

ELTS Tokens are internal platform credits. They are not cash, cryptocurrency, a bank balance, or an investment. They are not redeemable for cash and are not used as wagers or winner-takes-all stakes.

Token purchase requests must use the official ELTS order and support flow. Do not send payment credentials, passwords, full card numbers, bank-login information, or 2FA/MFA codes in ELTS chat or public Discord channels.

If there is a purchase problem, contact ELTS Support. Any rights you have under applicable law still apply.

Matches and competitive integrity

Match participants must follow the rules shown for the match and the public ELTS Rules. Do not falsify results, manipulate dispute evidence, intentionally exploit site errors, or interfere with another player’s account or connection.

ELTS may place a match into dispute status when result claims conflict. Authorized staff may review match information and eligible match chat and then record a ruling.

Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, automate gameplay unfairly, exploit the service, or bypass restrictions.
• Do not threaten, harass, dox, scam, phish, or attempt to steal accounts or credentials.
• Do not spam support tickets, abuse site APIs, or intentionally overload ELTS systems.
• Do not upload or send unlawful content or content that violates another person’s rights.
• Do not misrepresent ELTS, its staff, or its relationship with Epic Games or Discord.

Enforcement

ELTS may remove content, cancel or adjudicate matches, restrict features, issue temporary timeouts, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action when these Terms or the Rules are violated, when security is at risk, or when necessary to protect users and the service.

Where practical, ELTS records moderation reasons and staff actions for accountability.

Third-party services

ELTS uses services including Cloudflare, Supabase, Discord, and Epic Games. Their availability, account rules, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. ELTS is not responsible for outages or decisions made by an independent third-party service.

Service changes and availability

ELTS is an evolving service. Features may be changed, paused, limited, or discontinued. We try to keep match, account, and Token records accurate, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Do not rely on ELTS as a place to store irreplaceable information.

Responsibility and legal rights

Use ELTS responsibly and protect your own accounts and devices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ELTS is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer or privacy rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes to these Terms

ELTS may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective/updated date on this page will be changed when a new version is published. Material changes may also be announced through the site or the official ELTS Discord server.
