Section 01

Competitive integrity

  • Play the match yourself and follow the selected ruleset.
  • Do not use cheats, unauthorized automation, intentional exploits, or account interference.
  • Do not falsify a win/loss, submit a knowingly false result, or manipulate match evidence.
  • If a match requires Simple Edit disabled, every participating player must keep it disabled for that match.
Section 02

Lobby and ready-up

Join only matches you intend to play. Once an opponent joins, both players should confirm the rules, map, region, and other match settings before readying up. Repeated no-shows, intentional stalling, or joining matches only to disrupt them may result in moderation.

Section 03

Results and disputes

Submit the result that actually occurred. A player can submit a loss, while a win claim waits for the opponent’s confirmation. If both players claim a win, the match can move to Waiting for Dispute without awarding a record change until a ruling is made.

Authorized staff may review match details, timestamps, eligible match chat, and information supplied in the support process. Do not edit, fabricate, or intentionally omit evidence to mislead a reviewer.

Section 04

Match chat

  • Keep chat related to the match or resolving an issue.
  • No threats, doxxing, phishing, credential requests, targeted harassment, or spam.
  • Do not post passwords, session tokens, 2FA/MFA codes, full card numbers, bank logins, or government IDs.
  • Match chat may be reviewed by authorized ELTS staff when a dispute or moderation issue requires it.
Section 05

Tokens are not match stakes

ELTS matches are non-wagering. Tokens are internal site credits and are not pooled between players, bet on match outcomes, or paid to a winner as a prize.

Purchase/order activity must stay separate from match outcomes and use the official support flow.

Section 06

Staff and enforcement

Do not impersonate ELTS staff or claim permissions you do not have. Staff decisions should include a reason where the tool requires one, and staff actions may be kept in audit history.

Depending on the issue, ELTS may warn, timeout, restrict, suspend, cancel a match, or adjudicate a dispute. Serious security or account-abuse issues may be escalated immediately.

Section 07

Reporting a problem

For a match dispute, account problem, Token order issue, or rule violation, use the ELTS Support page. Include the match ID or order code when relevant, but never send passwords or full payment credentials.
